Valentine Ukulele Night Feb. 12, 2016

Feb 12 Ukulele Night Bozeman MT

Woo your sweetie! Drown your sorrows! Get out your uke!

Bozeman Ukulele Cabaret’s 5th annual Ukulele Open Mic and Play-Along is set for 7-9pm Friday, Feb. 12 at Wild Joe’s Coffee House, 18 W. Main, Bozeman. The theme is “Songs for Lovers, Lonely Hearts and Heartbreak Survivors.”

This annual love fest is a chance to warm up your Valentine weekend and strum away the winter chill, with or without a date. The evening includes an open-mic roster as well as play-along songs that everyone in the house can join in on, so bring your uke and croon with us. Chord charts and lyrics are provided, so you don’t have to be a virtuoso to join the fun.

Sign ups at the door for open mic slots start at 6pm. Or, to dibs a slot ahead of time, you can contact us by filling out the contact form on this page or getting in touch via facebook or email.

In keeping with Bozeman Ukulele Cabaret tradition, the audience will elect prize winners among the open mic players for “sweetest love song,” “saddest heartbreak song” and “Valentine attire”.

This event is free and open to the public. All are welcome to come, sing along and cheer our ukulele open-mic participants to glory.

Don’t be shy! Bring your ukulele and have some fun!
